pop of yellow
Untitled #24 by dhirsch featuring plaid scarves
I love this because the neon heal gives with the black and white stripes gives this casual outfit a bit of an edgy feel. i chose yellow because its vibrant and a little feminine. note that i used a striped shirt with the yellow, not a skirt or dress, i used the blue jeans to separate them, if you had the stripes to close to the yellow shoes you may come out looking a little like a bumble bee! everything else in the outfit is kept basic just to keep the outfit casual for anytime wear. i felt the earings were appropriate because they bring some colour towards the face without going overboard. so remember, if your doing a pop of colour, pay attention to the patterns you mix with them and use small accessories to play with your main colour.

city child
city child by dhirsch featuring super skinny jeans
if this outfit is anything, its me. my style is simple, jeans, basic shirt, sexy shoes and a damn sexy bag. although i usually resort to my white tee shirt and blue jeans with heals, the coloured jean that now coming in style can go a long way for a basic outfit. and i love a baggy blouse with skinny jeans and heals. here we have brown skinny jeans, easy and a classic colour. the blouse i love because of the colour pallet and the fit. loose, sexy and effortless. i love the chunky heals on the shoes, they are a great heals to dress up this outfit because they are casual and stylish. and then there is the satchel. i love neons satchels, they are such a great statement piece. definitely gives everyone something to talk about. i dont have one yet myself, but i know modcloth.com has some, so as soon as i pay off a little of that shopping spree i had on my holidays, that bag is mine, in that colour too! or maybe neon orange. hmmm...
with this outfit i'd probably wear a lacy bra underneath and have it buttoned a little low (not too low!!), throw my hair in a messy top bun, and throw some matte mauve lipstick on and we are ready to roll!

simple days
Untitled #22 by dhirsch featuring leather boots
this is just an easy outfit with some pieces that look like it took time to put together but really didnt. i really suggest having a printed pant in your wardrobe for days when you can throw them on with a casual tee and a few accessories and look perfect.

don't break my heart
don't break my heart by dhirsch featuring a peep toe bootie
So simple and pretty. i love this look because, to begin, i love nude dresses. they have SO much versatility. this dress with the mint green blazer gives you a high fashion feel from the colour.yet its still soft and feminine from the pieces. i decided to pair it with a peep toe bootie, first because i love the maroon socks with the lace to poke over the shoe. it brings the outfit down to a casual look while still being elegant. the bootie itself i picked because it is a more masculine piece, it mimics a basic male dress shoe. i love pairing masculine pieces in elegant sets. an easy way to do that is just a masculine watch. i have plenty :) and finally a colourful, edgy bag (that ones a little me, i can never be too pretty and feminine, i need a touch of edge) also makes the outfit a little more youthful. you can easily switch that up for a structured tote. and some sexy Audrey Hepburn feeling glasses to tie it in!
i called this one "don't break my heart" because it reminds me of a classic love story with a modern twist to the outfit
