i thought id post an outfit that would be perfect for any holiday party. ive been on polyvore everyday and i am addicting! i read this thing on pinterest the other day that said "the work you do while your procrastinating is probably the work you should be doing for the rest of your life." if thats true then i am going a whole other direction!! i don't know where polyvore can take me career wise, but i like the idea of it anyways!
the thing i love about this outfit would have to be the texture in both the top and skirt. it gives it a fancy vibe without having to much flash. i LOVE the red and nude heals to go along with it. a pop of colour and the wedge! the texture of the shoe is so smooth its like it was made for the shirt/skirt combo. if you live in a cold wintery place (like me) i would throw some black panty hose or even thicker cotton black ones underneath. dont worry, it will look great with the open toed shoe. for you bolder girls out there, you could even try black dress socks (i wore some of my dads black dress socks under nude open toed shoes once to a party and i loved the look) to polish off the look. keep jewelry simple so you dont over do it.
p.s. making this set definitely got me excited for christmas!
